Eleven years ago, KKL Mexico, with the support of the Jewish community in Mexico, decided to give a special gift to the small community of Ixmiquilpan Hidalgo – a donation of 15 thousand olive trees, giving the local farmers an opportunity to earn a livelihood from what the olive has to offer.
