The ceremony was held in honor of his visit marking twenty-five years of excellent diplomatic between Israel and Greece, and was attended by HE Spyridon Lampridis, the Greek Ambassador to Israel, and HE Irit Ben Abba, the Israeli Ambassador to Greece.
